You just have to step firmly on the accelerator and tilt your device as if it were a steering wheel, while paying attention to speed limits and dodging other cars. Just touching them is enough to make you start over from the very beginning.

The more dangerous your driving and the closer you get to other cars when you pass them, the more rewards you'll get, which you can use to buy upgrades in the garage and get ready for new missions.
